FAQ

Roofing questions

Is the storm inspection really free?

Yes. After a named storm or hail event, inspections are free with no obligation. You keep the photo report whether or not you use us.

Will my insurance pay for a new roof?

It depends on your policy and the damage. We cannot promise an outcome, but our report gives your insurer clear evidence, and we meet the adjuster on site so nothing is missed.

How long does a new roof take?

Most homes take two to four days. We tarp and protect the house every night, and we will not strip a slope if rain is forecast.

Do you do emergency tarping?

Yes. If water is coming in, we tarp the roof within 24 hours to stop further damage, then plan the repair.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 10-year workmanship warranty covers leaks or failures caused by how we installed the roof. Materials are covered separately by the manufacturer.
