Water where it should not be? Do this while we drive.
- Turn off the water. The main stop valve is usually under the kitchen sink or where the pipe enters the house.
- Switch off electrics near the leak at the panel, if you can reach it safely.
- Open the cold taps to drain the pipes, and catch drips with buckets and towels.

Plumbing questions, answered
Do you charge for a quote?
Quotes for planned work like bathrooms and water heater replacements are free. For repairs, the callout fee covers the visit and the first 30 minutes, and we quote the repair before we start.
Can you come today?
Usually, yes. Pick a slot in the booking card at the top of the page or call us. For leaks that are getting worse, call so we can talk you through turning the water off.
What does the 2-year guarantee cover?
Any repair or installation we do. If it fails within two years because of our work or the parts we fitted, we come back and fix it free.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. We take photos before and after, write a report that explains the cause and send it straight to you or your insurer.
Do I need to be home?
Not always. Many customers leave a key or a code. We text when we arrive and when we leave, with photos of the finished job.
