How much is an emergency call-out?
$95 at any hour, which includes the first 30 minutes on site. After that we quote the repair before we start, so there are no surprises on the bill.
Are you really available at night?
Yes. Our on-call electricians work in shifts, so the person who answers at 3am is awake, in a van and ready to come out.
Do you give free quotes?
For planned work such as panel upgrades, rewires and lighting, yes. We visit, look properly and send a fixed written price within two working days.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every Voltwell electrician is licensed, and the business holds $2M of liability insurance. We are happy to send certificates before we start.
Do you work on rental properties?
Yes. We work for landlords and property managers, arrange access with tenants and send safety certificates straight to you.
