Yes—after your first year, you’re free to cancel anytime. We’d never want you to stick around if you’re not happy (though truth be told, that hasn’t happened yet). Most of our clients stay because they love the results, the peace of mind, and the fact that they finally have a website team that actually has their back. All we ask is a little notice so we can wrap things up smoothly.
What does "custom website" mean? Are these templates?
No templates here. Every website we create is designed from scratch for your business—built around your brand, your goals, and the experience you want your customers to have. It’s not “plug your logo into a template”. It’s a website crafted to fit you like a glove.
What happens after the 1-year commitment?
After your first year, your subscription just keeps rolling—no hoops, no drama. If you’re happy (and we believe you will be), you can simply keep enjoying the service. If not, you’re always free to move on. We want you to stay because it works for you, not because you’re locked in.
How much pages do I get included for nothing upfront?
Most businesses only need about 3 strong, well-designed pages to get real results. That’s why we’ll create up to 3 vital pages for you—focused on your business goals and what your users actually care about. For example, a Home page, Services page, and Booking/Contact page are often all you need to start winning online.
If you do need more than that, no problem. You can add extra pages for $300 USD per page. This way, you’re not paying for pages you don’t need—you’re investing in the ones that actually move the needle for your business.What kind of support is included?

The initial $0 down build is contingent on the 1-year subscription commitment starting at launch. After the first year, the plan becomes month-to-month, offering more flexibility. We require a notice period as per our agreement terms for cancellation after the initial commitment.
