Is it really $0 down? What's the catch?
Yes, it's truly $0 down to get your custom website designed and built. The only "catch" is that to launch the site and benefit from our ongoing hosting, maintenance, and support, you start one of our affordable monthly subscription plans (with a 1-year commitment) after you approve the design. You don't pay a cent until you're happy with the initial website.
What does "custom website" mean? Are these templates?
No templates here! We design and build each website specifically for the client based on their brand, goals, and the information gathered during onboarding. It's a truly custom solution.
What happens after the 1-year commitment?
After the initial 1-year term, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis or annual basis based on the payment option you chose. We hope you'll love the service and peace of mind so much that you'll stay with us long-term!
How much pages do I get included for nothing upfront?
For the lowest plan we do 3 pages for your website design. On the highest plan up to 10 pages are included. You can get additional pages for $150 per page if your needs exceed what our plan come with by default.
What kind of support is included?
Both plans include technical support for website issues. The Foundation plan includes 30 minutes per month for minor content/image updates via email/portal. The Performance plan offers priority support (faster response) and unlimited edits for your website.
Can I cancel the subscription?
The initial $0 down build is contingent on the 1-year subscription commitment starting at launch. After the first year, the plan becomes month-to-month, offering more flexibility. We require a notice period as per our agreement terms for cancellation after the initial commitment.
